I am compiling a list of victims, their stories, and their contact information to submit to the Consumer Fraud Division of the Missouri Attorney General. At least one of the victims with whom I've spoken is contemplating a lawsuit. After hearing Mr. Hartley's story, and after finding myriad web entities tied to Eric Graham, I am convinced that he is a serial con artist.
