It's refreshing to see such a brutally honest review. Saved me a refund request, since I'm very familiar with the Amazon and Half.com book selling process. And, yes I've made money with them both, but neither of those crossed my mind when I watched the video. You just got some good Karma out of this review ! Thanks. Which is better than almost every single company out there. They always take care of my requests, and help me with any questions. No your email will not be personally answered by Matt his self, however, he has a support team in his office to take care of these emails. They get over 300 a day, I don't think Matt should have to answer all of them. Try emailing any large company and let's see if the owner is the one emailing and taking care of simple customer service. PLEASE!
