Nothing Happening at ZeroTo500
This will be my last update on Eric Graham’s ZeroTo500 internet marketing course because
A. the program went dead at week 2, which by the way started and ended about 5 weeks late,
B. no response from Eric Graham or his support, and
C. I called my credit card company to dispute the charge for the product.
Dispute the Charge
If you used a credit card to purchase this program and are having trouble getting a refund, do this.
Call the Customer Service telephone number on the back of your credit card or found on your monthly statement, and tell them you want to dispute the charge, most likely listed as Graham Advantage. Explain the situation to them and they will most likely credit the charge and start an investigation.
You might also find a telephone number for Graham Advantage listed on your credit card statement. No answer when I called.
Where is Eric?
I don’t know what happened to Eric Graham. Maybe he got sick in which case he should have informed us. Or maybe something more serious happened to him. If you know, please post a comment.

We signed up for Eric Graham’s $4,997 consulting day offer in August 2009, and paid. Our circumstances changed, so we requested a refund under his money back guarantee, but he has never even acknowledged our many requests, let alone sent the money.
On 12 November 2009 we filed a complaint with the Missouri Attorney General, and have briefed a lawyer.

I echo what the above posters say. Do NOT do business with Eric Graham.
I have known Eric for years. He was legit at one point but something must have changed him… GREED!!! Do NOT do business with Eric Graham. I feel responsible because I endorsed him to my list and then he took the money and ran. In my wildest dreams I could have ever imagined this would happen. He does not return my emails or phone calls. I am in total shock at his behaviour. I want to make sure more innocent people will not be affected by his cons.
AND… to read above that he took names from my list that he scammed and then tried to upsell them to a USD$4999 program makes my blood boil. This man has changed. Do not do business with him.

I was scammed to myself and the best part even after all the attempt to contact Eric Graham, I received a recent update via email from Eric on his new course that cost USD$4999. I created an webpage that should be out shortly on the search engines to warn others on this Scam.
